This blend is combines high fiber oat bran, wheat bran, soy flour, rye flour and flaxseed meal, so you can be sure that the few carbs you do eat are nutritious. With only 5 grams of Net Carbs per serving, this mix is a great choice for diabetics and those following the paleo diet.

Homemade bread using our Low-Carb Bread Mix couldn't be easier. Bake a fresh loaf by hand or using a bread machine. Simply add water, whipping cream, canola oil and an egg to create a light, fluffy loaf of bread that tastes just like the carb-laden breads you remember. If you're in a pinch, this mix can also be substituted for flour in your favorite recipes (just leave out the yeast packet).
